Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)¶
Nigall serves four primary ICPs on one platform: event organizers, venue teams, speakers, and performing talent. Organizer tools stay plan-gated. Speaker pages, talent EPKs, and call-for-speakers applications stay free.
ICP 1 — Event organizers & producers¶

Do not imply venues are only a directory for organizers. Contracts stay file upload plus signed dates. Staffing stays check-in plus volunteers. Roadmap: e-sign, BEO PDF, labor roster.
ICP 3 — Speakers¶

Talk catalogs, testimonials, and embeddable widgets are not part of this page.
ICP 4 — Talent & performing acts¶

Start: sign up with I perform or get booked, or open Talent & VIP Guest Management after Growth. Do not publish legal name, date of birth, hospitality rider, exact fee, or VIP guests.

Speakers and talent who only appear inside one organizer’s event still use those workflows. The ICPs above are the people who keep their own public page.

- Venues: “Make day-to-day event management easier—bookings, contracts, payments, planning, staffing, and operations in one place.”
- Speakers: “One profile for your bio, your talks, and the events that book you.”
- Talent: “A public EPK and a private desk for contracts, travel, and show day.”
- Use all four ICPs on landing and pricing. Venues are not only a directory for organizers. Speakers and talent do not need Growth to publish a page.
